Nicola Salisbury-Faulkner

Nurse Practitioner

Nic's education in Nursing, Diabetes Education and as a Nurse Practitioner has been through James Cook University, Curtin University and Queensland University of Technology.   Her focus and experience means all patients with diabetes receive expert knowledge to ensure they understand the disease process and have a greater awareness of their condition.
If you're an early bird you're likely to see Nic trudging around the Tablelands with binoculars, cameras and a sketch pad - she's a super keen birder, photographer and artist.  Now for the funny part ... she's trying to turn her hand to wood turning and carving - good luck with that Nic!

Elizabeth Green

Registered Nurse

Growing up in Kuranda, Elizabeth enjoyed enrolled nursing at Atherton Hospital before completing her registered nurse training in Cairns.
Elizabeth's 35 years of nursing in hospitals, schools and the community has given her the caring, patient-focused foundation that has influenced her general practice experience over the last ten years. Elizabeth loves working with our patients and helping them achieve good health, and wellbeing.
Elizabeth absolutely loves the outdoors and is happiest camping, cooking and being on her family farm.
